Disclosure Policy

1. Disclosure Standards

The Company discloses information in accordance with the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and other applicable laws and regulations, as well as the rules for timely disclosure established by the Tokyo Stock Exchange ("Timely Disclosure Rules"). Furthermore, even for information that does not fall under applicable laws and regulations or the Timely Disclosure Rules, we will disclose information that is deemed to have a substantial impact on investment decisions or that is considered useful for deepening understanding of the Company, taking into account fairness and timeliness.

2. Methods of Disclosure

When disclosing information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and the Timely Disclosure Rules, we will first disclose it through TDnet (Timely Disclosure network: a timely disclosure information transmission system) and EDINET (Electronic Disclosure for Investors' NETwork: an electronic disclosure system for securities reports and other disclosure documents under the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act), and then post it on the Company's website.
In addition, even with information that does not fall under the above categories, we will similarly strive to ensure that such information is communicated as fairly and broadly as possible, including by posting it on the Company's website.

3. Forward-Looking Statements

Any plans, estimates, forecasts, projections, or other forward-looking information disclosed by the Company are based on the Company's judgments or assumptions at the time of disclosure and do not constitute a commitment or guarantee that future planned figures or measures will be realized. Actual results may differ materially from those projected or anticipated due to various factors.

4. Quiet Period

To prevent the leakage of financial results information and ensure fairness, the Company designates the period from the day following the end of each quarterly closing date until the announcement of financial results for that quarter as a "quiet period." During this period, the Company refrains from commenting on or responding to inquiries regarding financial results, except with respect to information that has already been publicly disclosed.
Please note that even during the quiet period, we will disclose in a timely and appropriate manner any information that falls under applicable laws and regulations or the Timely Disclosure Rules.
