What does the Company do?: iGRID SOLUTIONS Inc. is a platform provider that aggregates and circulates distributed renewable energy through the fusion of physical and digital technologies to promote GX (Green Transformation) throughout Japan. We operate a GX Solutions business that maximizes renewable energy self-sufficiency for companies and local governments, as well as an Energy Trading business that circulates and supplies surplus renewable energy. Under the slogan "Faster Than Change", we aim to realize a sustainable world where green energy circulates throughout local communities.

Do you pay dividends?: We regard returning profits to shareholders as one of our key management priorities. However, we are currently in a growth and expansion phase, and we are not paying dividends at this time as we prioritize capital investment for future business development and the strengthening of our financial position.
